Our Team
David Swihart, Co-Owner and Founder
David is a John Maxwell Leadership Team Executive Program Director, a certified DISC behavioral analyst, and an ordained pastor. He has worked as a lead pastor, a youth pastor, a chaplain, and an executive director for a not-for-profit. He has been married to Liz for 20 years and they have two incredible kids Ellise and Sam.
Elizabeth Swihart, Co-Owner
Liz is a John Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member and a certified DISC trainer. She is an entrepreneur having started three businesses as well as worked in the churches and for not-for-profits. She loves creative pursuits and enjoys gardening and being a mom to her 2 kids and hundreds of plants.
Ellise Swihart, Style Consultant and Designer
Ellise is a John Maxwell Leadership Certified Youth Team Member. She helps us with our wardrobe, designing ebooks and websites, and overall design of our brand and company.
Sam Swihart, Videographer and Editor
Sam is our video guy. He helps us shoot and edit all of our videos.
